In stock completed items ship within 1-2 business days of order being placed. Custom items ship within 2-3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday from California. Delivery times vary by product purchased and location of delivery. Tracking numbers will always be sent to your email that you input when purchasing. 

We do not offer international shipping. 

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or if it appears to be lost during shipping, you will need to file a claim directly with USPS. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items that are lost in transit.
